Junior Sales Negotiator Norwich, Norfolk £22k (p.a)
Our client is a busy and well-known Independent Estate Agency based in Norwich are seeking a Junior Sales Negotiator to help with the busy workload. Experience within Estate Agency would be beneficial however not essential.
The role will involve tasks including:
- General office administration
- Supporting the sales
- Maintaining and organising filing system
- Registering new candidates
- Booking in marketing appraisals
- Arranging and conducting viewings
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 6 months experience within Estate Agency
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Well-presented and good communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Drivers licence and access to own car.
Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am - 6.00pm, Every Saturday 9am-3pm. Your days off will be Wednesday and Sunday.
Package: £14,000 - £17,000 per annum DOE, OTE of up to £22,000
