This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior IT Support Technician to join a well-established and market leading financial business, currently experiencing steady growth.
This role would be ideal for an individual looking for their first/second experience within an I.T environment, with the ability to grow and progress.

Previous IT experience (circa 3 - 12 months) is preferred.
Duties:
- Working from a helpdesk.
- Day to day support for 100+ members of staff.
- Setting up new equipment and patching network cables for hardware
- Collaborating with the wider team.
- Troubleshooting & fixing issues with a case management system.
- Knowledge and understanding of how a computer Supporting remote users with any IT issues
- Excellent team-working skills
- Excellent Problem Solving skills.
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines.
