Graduate Trainee Management Program :
As a management trainee, you will develop skills in the areas of sales, customer relations, marketing, branding, finance, recruitment, and HR and administration.
- Sales: Increase sales revenues by generating more customer acquisitions through residential visitations and event-based sales.
- Customer Service: Manage general customer enquiries, problem-solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.
- Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK
- Business Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills
- Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring

This training program offers you the opportunity to learn and earn on the role while progressing towards higher positions within the company. Roles include Team Leader, Marketing Manager or Campaign Co-Ordinator.
