DG Property Consultants are an independent Estate / Letting Agent, specialise in the letting's & management of residential properties for sale in Luton and the surrounding Bedfordshire Villages. Established for some 30 years. As independent sales & letting agent, they are well known for their high standards of client care and integrity, with extensive local knowledge and experience.

This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Trainee Negotiator to become part of an established team in the North Luton office.

The successful applicant duties are highly varied, but in summary: Registering applicant, working through a mailing list, booking and accompanying viewings, valuations, negotiating sales & lets and much more.

Required Attributes:

• A strong sales background with previous experience of working to targets (would be preferable, but not essential)

• Self-motivated with the desire to succeed

• Well presented

• Excellent communicator skill face to face and on the telephone

• Good general computer / software skills "Office" Estate Agents Software would be helpful: "Alton" & "CFP"

• A good knowledge of the English language

• A full driving license and own vehicle (ESSENTIAL).

Salary /Hours & Pay Range: 40 Hours per week - £basic (To be discussed) plus commission and car allowance.

The Principal and Governors are seeking to appoint an ICT Apprentice to join their successful team. The successful person will be part of the ICT Support team and help staff and students resolve their ICT issues on a day to day basis, whilst attending St Helens College as required as part of an Apprenticeship where you will gain qualifications at a BTEC level.

Applicants should have evidence of strong GCSE results, including English, Maths and ICT. They should have a keen interest and knowledge of IT Support and further qualifications are desirable.
