An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright and confident person to join our Trades & Labour division as a Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant, based at our Head Office in Nottingham.
This is a very fast paced role which involves recruiting the best candidates for our temporary assignments through advertising, searching and making lots of phone calls. We require people with strong personal motivation, a desire to progress and the ability to make phone calls at a fast pace. You will be spending the majority of your day on the phone so you must be a confident, outgoing person.
As a Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant you will predominantly provide support to the Trades & Labour team and as such your daily duties will include:
- Advertising and dealing with advert response.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates who ring in or visit the office.
- Keeping an existing candidate database up to date and recording information accurately at all times.
- Liaising with candidates, conducting telephone and face to face interview and ensuring that all candidates are compliant with company and legal requirements.
- Matching temporary worker's requirements to temporary positions, checking the feasibility of public transport links, and giving out clear and accurate directions over the phone.
- Checking in all new starters and refilling temporary jobs or chasing up workers who have not arrived at work.
- Chasing up timesheets for temporary workers and ensure that they are received and authorised within specified deadlines.
- Dealing with any payroll queries in a professional manner, before passing over to the account departments to look into.
- Warm calling onto construction sites, liaising with clients and in the event of consultant's absence dealing with clients queries.
- Performing general administrative duties, completing reports, requesting and monitoring documentation and various forms and monitoring and maintaining CSCS records.
