Da Noi is a independent traditional Italian hospitality business that opened its first venue in Chester City Centre at the end of August 2018.
We offer our customers the finest and most authentic Italian dining experience, coupled with an elegant and refined service, to create a personal experience they won't forget and will be looking to repeat.
The restaurant is already being defined as "the finest in Chester city centre" and is gaining increasing reputation around Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Our outstanding Chef Valentina has recently been shortlisted as finalist for the Chef of the Year award, the restaurant has been awarded the "Best Authentic Italian Menu" at the 2019 Italian Awards for all England and Wales.
Most importantly, Da Noi has been included in the recommended restaurants by the 2020 UK&Ireland Michelin Guide.
Due to the increased volume of business, we are looking for incredibly motivated people to add to our team: we now require one Chef with experience in restaurants and with expertise in Italian cuisine to join us with immediate start.
You will be working alongside our Taste Director Chef Valentina during day to day service but should also be capable of running the kitchen autonomously after some time. Your duties will include developing new dishes together with her (combinations, decoration etc) and you will have an awareness of the Italian culinary landscape.
We are a small team working to build the reputation of a young restaurant, so willingness to work as a team & help to drive the business forward is as important as being able to cook.In return for your commitment we offer a competitive salary plus tips, reasonable working hours and, hopefully, job satisfaction & fun times.
Experience in HACCP procedures & general kitchen admin (stocktakes, logging invoices, ordering) would be extremely beneficial, as would a basic food hygiene certificate.
