A grade 1 country estate located just outside Basingstoke is seeking a newly graduated Horticultural trainee for a fixed term contract of one year. This is a new position that is designed to provide a newly graduated person with one year's work experience within the private estate industry. We are seeking a candidate with the positivity, drive and determination to succeed Ideally you are a graduate from a recognised Horticultural institution with a hands on can do attitude that is willing to turn their hand to any horticultural and private estate task offered. In return, we will provide you with the practical training and experience to help you to succeed in this industry. You will be working alongside a small team of dedicated gardeners, each having their own specialism. The areas you will be working in are organic kitchen gardening, herbaceous borders, wild flower meadows, woodlands, lawn maintenance, formal hedges and swimming pool maintenance.
