Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting a Junior Business Resource Manager to support the current resource function based out of either Blackburn or Sunderland.
Our resource management team are responsible for ensuring our project and engineering teams are fully resourced with suitably qualified and experienced people through resource planning, utilisation techniques, liaising with recruitment and performance monitoring.
This role will require you to have an engineering understanding either through experience or qualifications as well as having strong business acumen, so you know what makes a business tick.

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications we are looking for in this role
Experience or knowledge of an engineering discipline
Strong business acumen, you must know the ins and outs of how a business works
Key skills required are report analysis, interfacing with key customers, inductions, interviewing and delivering training
An experienced user of MS Office suite of tools - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and Visio
Ideally educated to a degree level in a STEM subject**Security clearance**
