We brought together Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust to create Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust on 1 October 2014. The Trust has worked with QA for over 8 years and successfully supported learners to achieve their apprenticeship.
Vacancy description:
The post holder will, where possible and dependant on mentor and department availability, work through a rotational programme, spending time in each of the IM&T departments, learning different skills and increasing their knowledge of each of the IM&T functions through both on the job training and external training courses.

Desired qualification requirements:
5 GCSEs total: English and Maths GCSE grade D or above and 3x GCSEs grade A-C in any subject
Working week: There will be two split shifts of 8am-4pm & 9.30am-6pm.
Salary: £18,005 Per Annum
Future prospects:
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

Overview:
This role will be to provide nationwide support for information technology projects and day-to-day support within Virgin Care. They will be reporting to the 1st Line Team Leader, part of the IM&T services.
The candidate needs to be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is able to work, and actively contribute, within a team environment. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a good approach to dealing with enquiries and resolving problems for customers.
This role will involve day-to-day support of IT systems, desktop, iOS device support application support, and incident troubleshooting.
The candidate will be directly involved in providing quality support as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst.
