Our client based in Northampton is recruiting a Junior Crane Installation & Service Engineer on a permanent basis.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:-
Attend customer sites in order to install, service, asses and repair the company crane systems.
Working within a variety of environments, including high care food production and loud factory environments.
To provide detailed job reports to the Project Manager and Service manager.
There will be a requirement for overnight hotel stays during multi-day jobs, fully expensed by the company, on average this will be 3 nights per month.To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following experience and attributes:-
Work well as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills
A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
Be physically fit and able to work at heights
Experience in electrical and mechanical systems
Practical skills and experience with a range of tools is desirable but not essential, full training provided.
A full UK driving licenceThis is a full time role, based out of Northampton but with regular travel.
Salary £25-30k (depending on experience). After a short probation period you will also be eligible for a company performance related commission structure. Company vehicle and mobile phone provided.
