Morrison Utility Services is currently looking to recruit a High Voltage Advanced Level 3 Electrical Fitter Apprentice to work on our UK Power Networkscontract in Buckinghamshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an apprentice in Morrison Utility Services with opportunities to progress within a highly respected company. Our business is centered upon the provision, replacement, repair and maintenance of utility network infrastructure, for example: electricity substations, water and gas pipes, electricity and telecommunication cables and installation of water, electricity and gas meters on behalf of blue chip utility companies in the UK.

Applicants for this opportunity must be 18 + years of age and prepared to work throughout England & Wales and to stay away from home if required. Trainees will spend up to 36 weeks at Utility & Construction Training Ltd (UCT) Carrington, Manchester acquiring the basic knowledge, skills and capability to enable them to work productively on the High Voltage Network before commencing work in the areas.

During the time at the training centres apprentices will partake in training at external providers sites including a team building activity week. Apprentices will have accommodation provided by Morrison Utility Services for set periods as required.

• Installation of Control and protection equipment.
