A leading Global Law firm are looking for a Junior AV Support individual to provide first class support service to VIP clients and employees. Knowledgeable in Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Unified Communications solutions this role is perfect for an individual who has some AV support experience in a corporate environment.
You'll be able to work independently, be self-directed, communicate effectively and make sound decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Good communication skills and experience of liaising with senior stakeholders enabling you to build rapport is important.
Additionally, you'll need the ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner when tasked with pressured situations and be able to provide practical workarounds.
Skills required:
- Knowledgeable around AV technologies, network technology and troubleshooting- Calm under pressure
- Professional approach with VIP or Corporate experience
