KO2 Embedded Recruitment Solutions Ltd are pleased to be able to offer a rare opportunity for a graduate, junior, BTEC or HND electronics engineer, to join one of Yorkshires largest electronics employers, as a Apprentice PCB Design Engineer. Opportunities within electronics are always rare for the less experienced and in the current environment this has become even more of a concern, but this opportunity will allow someone with a desire and passion for electronics to get a foothold in the electronics industry.
The Apprentice PCB Design Engineer will be working within the electronics team responsible for innovation and new product development within wireless electronic systems, the products are complex, novel and IoT focused, so not only will the Apprentice PCB Design Engineer be able to develop new skills, but they will be sustainable skills which will continue to be used in the modern world of electronics.
The opportunity within the electronics team will be learning to plan and layout PCB electronics engineers, learning best practices for volume manufacture, understanding electronic principles and techniques whilst working closely with mechanical and electronic design engineers to transfer their requirements into physical designs.
