Trainee Recruitment Consultant (German speaking)Cardiff City Centre Permanent Fantastic Salary plus commission on offer!At the moment, we are looking for a German speaking resource consultant to join our dynamic and international team in Cardiff city centre. Pertemps ERP is an independent, specialist ERP consultancy dedicated to delivering recruitment solutions to the global market. We work hard to help the SAP professionals to find their job across Europe. Requirements
• No previous recruitment experience needed
• Fluent English and fluent C1 German
• Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and as a part of the team
• Great communication skills in English and German
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Having a proactive approach in attracting quality candidates in the market
Tasks
• Resourcing quality candidates for the vacancies across Europe
• Searching for CVs and their screening to match client requirements
• Qualifying candidates over the telephone ensuring their language and technical skills are relevant for the presented position
• Preparing, formatting CVs and their presentation to the clients
• Advertising the vacancies on various job boards
• Having a consultative approach and being the main point of contact for candidates
