Our client, an industry leading manufacturing organisation, is looking for a Junior Application Developer to join them on a permanent basis and assist with development and support of internal applications and related interfaces to their ERP platform (Dynamics AX). The role can be completed on a primarily remote basis with some time required on-site in Southampton.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Key technical skills required include; .NET 4.5, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL Server, Knockout JS & WebMethods
• Knowledge of any of the following would be beneficial, but is not essential; AJAX, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, Less, HTML5, SVG, WCF, Webpack, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS and BI.
• Experience with cloud deployments (VSO & Azure) and Dynamics AX is very desirable

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of team responsible for analysis, development and maintenance of order management, product design and configuration software and related interfaces to the ERP platform (MS Dynamics AX).
• Implement new and revised business logic
• Code refactoring
• Deliver UI Enhancements via Knockout JS & WebMethods
• Bug fixes
• Provide end-user assistance and consultation.

Location: Southampton + Remote Working

Our leading Distribution client is seeking a Junior Applications Analyst to join their busy internal team, serving as of part of 2nd line support for our all of our Business Applications used around the world by internal and external customers.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Working knowledge of one or more of the following applications:- Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Northgate Resourcelink, Paragon, Format, Bestmix, TrakSys, JIRA, Servicenow.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint in a Support Capacity (Not development).
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 technology.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience of working in a technology support role or in a business role as a "key user" for a business application.

Responsibilities:

• Responding quickly and knowledgeably to application related support and maintenance issues and requests.
• Monitoring system alerts, interfaces and batch jobs and resolving arising issues.
• Employ appropriate application maintenance, support and incident management processes and procedures to support and maintain applications.
• As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents.
• Undertake application-related problem diagnosis, implementing problem resolution or prevention measures as appropriate.
• Monitor and resolve issues that impair the availability, performance and throughput of supported systems, applications and interfaces.

Our leading end user client is looking for a junior level Dynamics CE Developer to join them on a permanent basis and work on their ongoing, Dynamics365 implementation. The role can be completed on a primarily remote basis but will require some time on site in Birmingham and Milton Keynes

Key Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and some experience of older on-premise versions (CRM 2011/2013).
• You will need to have some knowledge of JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and PowerBI would be advantageous
• Must have Azure DevOps experience
• Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
• Essential to have good knowledge of Agile techniques including but not limited to Scrum and Kanban techniques for planning, monitoring and control.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with technical support, infrastructure, development team and 3rd party providers to resolve problems, implement change and deploy software CRM solutions.
• Determine, manage and improve the delivery velocity and quality of the Project team outputs.
• Ensure the Project team (IT & Non-IT) are practising the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
• Architecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the business organisational process
• Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
• Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap
• Take charge of your personal development updating skills as required, ensure you keep up to date with new development languages, and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with the company's core competencies and learning and development framework.
