I created, designed and now manage a weekly e-bulletin to 45 ,000 of the organisations national and international members which includes blogs, audio/video interviews and news content that won Silver at a MemComms awards ceremony in London. My work also includes supporting our Corporate Events, Commercial, and Public Policy teams with marketing content and strategic PR/comms support as well as detailed reports and analysis of social and digital campaigns. Sept 2002 to Sept 2008 - Editor Warners Group Publications - publishing company based in Bourne, Lincs. Responsibilities Edited, sourced and wrote releases and feature articles for two monthly construction B2B magazines, plus Assistant Editor of a monthly travel magazine. Managed editorial budget and worked with Business Development Manager to maximise advertising spend. Also co-edited a monthly consumer magazine in the outdoor leisure market. Wrote and edited press releases and articles for company website. Achievements As Editor of a B2B magazine, I re-positioned both B2B titles in the marketplace with a strong emphasis on editorial and increased not only both magazines pagination from 32 pages to 64 , but trebled advertising space. In my first year, the title made a £70 ,000 profit increase on the previous year. As Assistant Editor of a travel magazine, I contributed many travel articles, plus photography together with road-testing of vehicles. I was also responsible for developing the companys online presence and by using Google Analytics and customer feedback made the companys website more user-friendly and news focused.
