I spent 3 weeks at the school helping teach 4 and 5 year olds. This role helped my experience living and working in a country that did not speak much English, understanding different cultures while developing skills needed to teach English as a foreign language.

Here, I developed wide range a skills, which included : administrative skills, telephone handling, press-release writing, client liaison, media liaison and event organising. Here I worked a variety of the agencies clients, which gave me experience in different varieties of PR. These ranged from the publicity and event handling for commercial clients such as clubs, restaurants and spas, or more industrial, B2B clients such as Shell and numerous construction companies.

September 2006 - December 2009 Waiting on staff and bar person, Ego Restaurants Work at Ego Restaurants started in 2006 at the Heswall restaurant where I worked for a year. Due to relocation with university, I was able to work at other restaurants, including sites at the Trafford Centre and Manchester city, at different intervals throughout my university course. Here, I gained key skills including customer service, teamwork, communication skills and time keeping. I was also involved in the opening of two restaurants, which developed my marketing and organisation skills. This job has also helped develop important personality traits including patience and confidence.
