Restaurant Manager The Old Tile Works - July 2013 - September 2013 The Old Tile Works is a new restaurant that opened in July 2013. The restaurant is located on a heritage site, which incorporates a working tile works and gift shop. My primary role here was restaurant manager in charge of front of house and a team of 12. My responsibilities also included covering for the head chef by managing the kitchen and his team. Key areas of responsibility include : Personal management to include selection and recruitment, performance and attendance management.
