I am an IT enthusiast with a passion for the technical side of computing. I have good customer service skills from working in McDonald’s dealing with 100 people a day; I also enjoy working in teams of people, I have gained these experiences from working at GSM London, St John’s Catholic Comprehensive School and McDonald’s. Recently I have been on an eleven week contact at GSM London providing desktop support to staff and students. n n I have enrolled in a self paid IT training course which will help me gain a qualification in CompTIA A Essentials, MCSA Windows 7, MCSA Windows Server 2008 and Cisco CCNA. nn I am seeking 1st line support role to gain more skills/experience of working in IT in a growing and involving industry.
