We are looking to recruit determined, hard-working individuals as Trainee Sales and Marketing Assistants to understand our business from the bottom up and progress with us as we expand.

The Role

The role will vary day to day as you move through our training and you develop.

Our sales team's mission on behalf of our energy client is to connect consumers with the client primarily via a residential campaign, our team provide consumers with honest and free advice on the best gas and electricity rates for them and ultimately the aim is to save the consumer money on their bills!

You will gain industry knowledge direct from our client and you'll deliver a 5* customer experience during their marketing campaign along with helping to lead your team to deliver results!

At Connect in Glasgow personal development is something we prioritise as part of your training with us. You will have access to external and internal coaching, on-the-job training as well as personal development seminars which will be available to you every quarter.

Progression

The goal for all of our Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistants is to complete their training and join us as a fully fledged Sales and Marketing Manager, taking on your own client budget and team or alternatively, having found your niche within another area of our business such as, HR, Recruitment or Business Development.
