Trainee Quality Control Inspector - Wood

Hourly Rate: £9.08 to £9.79ph + weekend shift allowance 25% (£11.35 to £12.23)

Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday 06.00 to 18.00

Our client, a cutting-edge design company is currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Inspector.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach to working in a manufacturing environment.

The Role

· Quality Inspection on manufactured wood products.

· Ensure procedures and manufactured product, are of the highest standard.

· To efficiently report outcomes from investigations and quality procedures.

· Evaluate and make decisions in relation to rejected product / materials.

· Work with the Quality Supervisor to deliver effective outcomes and investigations

· To provide effective support to manufacturing and quality departments.

The Successful Individual

· Will have previous experience within a manufacturing environment is advantageous, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided at outset of employment and throughout.

· Will have the ability to communicate within a team environment.

· Will havea basic level of IT competency.

· Will have a strong eye for detail.

· Excellent communication skills are essential.

· You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a willingness to learn and to develop yourself within the role.
