We're in a unique position where we need to develop a Manager internally, who can take on one of our client projects and expand into a new market ASAP.

We've developed a Business Development Program where our Management Trainees will develop through five stages within our programme:

• Sales, marketing, PR, customer acquisitions
• Team leadership and development
• Campaign management
• Assistant management and recruitment
• Office management and client relations

The purpose of the Trainee Manager will be to oversee a client portfolio, controlling key elements of the sales and client relations processes. Starting in our promotional sales and marketing team, learning how to represent any brand, product or service then moving on to teaching and coaching others through the process and finally moving on project management, you'll need to be fully dedicated to fast-tracking your career within the next few months.
