We are offering the following for the right candidate:
* Full in-house training to support alongside your studies.
* A dedicated mentor who will aid and assist throughout your training process.
* You will have the opportunity to explore specialist services, for example; implants, minor oral surgery and Invisalign orthodontics with additional training provided to support this.
* Once successful completion of your training, regular appraisals and a personal development plan drawn up to support your development.
* A rewarding pay structure.
* We will pay for your GDC annual retention fee and renew this each year whilst you're with us.
* Further development offered in house, by running certificated programmes.
* We also have a number of company benefits including discounts on all your dental treatment, annual checks up and hygiene visits free of charge.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, well presented, quick to learn flexible, and hardworking.
As a dental nurse your primary focus is to support the dentist you are working with.
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Sterilising equipment and cross infection control
* Putting patients at ease with a calm influence
* Support in carrying out procedures as outlined above
* Maintaining flow of patients through the clinic so patients are seen on time
* Computer work and printing of treatment plans
* Opening and closing surgeries
