Intro: We are recruiting for a local Charity that works with a disengaged and often ex offender learners. They are trying to make a real impact and support learners both academically, vocationally and from a pastoral perspective too. They are looking for a passionate trainee construction tutor that can help change lives and inspire young people

Role and Responsibilities:
The role of a trainee construction tutor will be:
- To support learners on the job.
- You will be taking the learners out on the field and working with them on project giving and showing them real hands on experience
- You will also be involved on the projects and leading by example - this will not be a classroom role.
- You will to inspire and motivate learners and talk them through the theory and practical side of working in construction.

Experience and Skills:
The Ideal Trainee Construction trainer
- Will have recently worked on the tools
- Have a good range of knowledge across multiple disciplines
- Be good with people and happy to work on the tools while teaching the learners.
