The apprentice Manager London £28k - £30k (p.a)
We urgently seek an apprenticeship manager to promote and increase the development of apprenticeship job roles and address shortages of relatable skills, experience or employment history.
The apprentice manager will source, create, maintain and manage apprenticeship opportunities with special emphasis on those furthest from the labour market and be responsible for the leadership, management and strategic development of apprenticeship delivery ensuring that the quality of delivery is of the highest standard.
The apprentice manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching/assessing and learning experiences for apprentices and develop and maintain relations with employers, national/local organisations and other agencies to identify apprenticeship opportunities and meet key targets in all areas of apprenticeship delivery.
The apprentice manager will achieve key targets and performance indicators across all areas of responsibility particularly in relation to managing and monitoring recruitment, retention and achievement in the apprenticeship provision, and lead on curriculum development and initiate new initiatives in response to stakeholder needs.
The Apprenticeship Manager will have:
* Experience of delivering and managing Apprenticeships within Business Support pathways
* Curriculum planning experience
* Experience in developing and maintaining quality assurance systems
* Previously produced SAR's and QIP's
* A relevant professional qualification within Business Support
* Hold both an Assessor (A1 or equivalent) and IV (V1 or equivalent) awards
* Extensive industry experience within a Business Support setting
