Junior Project Manager (Digital) Nottingham CIty Centre, £25k Nottingham, Nottinghamshire £20k - £25k (p.a)

I have partnered exclusively with a cracking digital agency in the heart of Nottingham City Centre who are on the lookout for a Junior PM to join them at what couldn't be a more busy and exciting time. These guys are at absolutely at top of the game within their industry.. they've been building web and mobile apps for years, for some really big brands. There's quite simply nobody else in the East Midlands building the stuff that these guys are delivering and so... growth has been organic for them and they now boast a truly enviable client portfolio and they show no signs of slowing down.

So much so that they're now looking to grow their Project Management outfit by bringing in a Junior - they're in a really great place to bring somebody in and essentially develop them from day one. To quote the hiring manger - "If they work hard, there's opportunity to progress quickly here.." making this an awesome opportunity for somebody who will thrive in a fast moving.. challenging, yet exciting environment delivering projects for some really well-known customers.

What are we looking for in this person? A really good attitude, confidence and personality. This role will suit someone who maybe has a little bit of commercial exposure under their belt already.. Someone who knows the basic principles of Project Management and wants to apply their skills in a fast-paced agency environment. Naturally, you'll be faced with some challenging stakeholders in this role at times, so it's important that you aren't afraid to ask difficult questions, act quickly and think on your feet. We're also looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and working within the Digital space - this is important to us as you'll be joining a team of people who are passionate about what they do so we're after somebody like-minded who really enjoys their work.

From day one you will be supporting the Senior PM's in the delivery of multiple work streams across a range of both web and app projects (roughly a 50/50 split). The projects here are complex, intricate and challenging so it's you'll need to be able to work hard and run fast in order to be a success within this environment. These guys are huge advocates of Agile so any experience of Scrum/Kanban would be advantageous alongside exposure to JIRA/Confluence.
