Junior IT Technician Rayleigh, Essex
Do you have a passion for IT and a keen problem solver? If so come and join the ACIT team as a Junior IT Technician. The role will grow your knowledge and experience as a member of our first line support team, dealing with the set-up, administration and support of IT systems remotely and onsite.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Providing IT support for clients via telephone/remote and onsite
- Preparing client equipment (Servers, PCs, upgrades, repairs)
- Administering networks, Anti-Virus, database and backup systems
- Remote monitoring and management of client's equipment/disaster recovery health
- Progressing IT support jobs in our internal CRM System
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and a self-motivated attitude along with the following:
- A passion for IT and understanding of networks (LAN/WAN)
- A Confident telephone manner
- An understanding of computer hardware and components
- An ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults
- Be punctual and reliable
