I am delighted to represent a client of mine in Biggleswade, Hertfordshire with a new Junior IT Support role for their head office.

You will be reporting directly into the IT Manager tasked with providing 1st line support for the company's end users. A brief summary of the desired experience and skills are detailed below but a job description can be shared following your application.

• Provide first line support for IT related issues and requests
• Provide assistance to users by phone and email
• Track issues and requests to resolution
• Update the internal knowledge base with issue resolution details
• Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones and applications
• Escalate issues as required
• Develop Microsoft Office 365 technical skills and knowledge
