As such we are keen to speak to you if you have 1 years plus commercial insurance broking experience, coupled with a genuine desire to absolutely rock at what you do, working for a company who rewards you for doing it! Based in Maidstone, Kent. This broker is a decent size (currently 52 staff) and have grown impressively since their inception in 2009, and have further big, exciting and innovate plans to develop the business going forward.
Due to these plans, they are now looking for someone to join them as a Junior Commercial New Business Executive. You will be responsible for generating new business by selling quotes to new clients and providing a first-class customer journey during the insurance sales process. It requires you to be proactive, take initiative by selling quotes to new clients, majority (80%) of leads will be supplied, with the rest coming from sourcing your own leads via self-generation.

As above they would like to speak you if you have at least 1 years commercial broking experience and want to kick start your career and earn some decent bonuses!
In return, the salary on offer is £18-27,000 depending on experience, plus excellent bonuses, with 20 days holiday to start. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:15pm. They also throw a n awesome Christmas do every year, and have a ton of company events, including a summer BBQ and even a local football team!
