IT Support Apprentice West Midlands £2 (p.a)
We are looking for an IT Apprentice who is enthusiastic with a genuine interest in solving peoples IT issues and empathetic to customer needs and requirements. You will join the business on a 2 year apprenticeship scheme with the scope to move to a full time permanent position.
The successful candidate will be someone who can blend first rate customer service skills with hands on IT support. Responsibilities will include providing end user workplace support through a mixture or remote tools, telephone assistance and deskside support. Take ownership and management of tickets, including responsibility for the resolution and timely functional escalation within contracted SLAs.
The role is based on client site and looking after approx. 400 users
Full training will be provided by an assigned apprenticeship provider as well as learning and contributing to the onsite team.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- A-C GCSE Maths, English and Science
