Field Service Tech/Entry Door Specialist Lakewood , Washington

Field Service Tech/Entry Door Specialist FULL-TIME $18/hr The wage will be $18-25 an hour depending on experience. Need to have construction experience which includes understanding the basic function of installing a door. Converse with the consumer to learn and understand the basis for needing service. Schedule and perform on-site inspections to identify the root cause. Make decisions regarding the disposition of claim and propose follow-up steps. Present training classes both in group settings and 1-on-1 on job-site (customers and installers). Secure process certificates relative to product application (door and window installations). Collect data points throughout each stage of the claims process. Document the experience into defined templates/tools.

Shift start: 7:30AM
Shift length: 8 hours
Monday-Friday with the possibility of overtime
