Graduate Trainee Management Program :
As a management trainee, you will develop skills in the areas of sales, customer relations, marketing, branding, finance, recruitment, and HR and administration.
- Sales: Increase sales revenues by generating more customer acquisitions through residential visitations and event-based sales.
- Customer Service: Manage general customer enquiries, problem-solving and promoting a range of promotional products and services.
- Marketing: Developing marketing strategies to increase sales in different demographics across the UK
- Business Management: Learn components of financial account management, budgets, payment reports, recruitment and interviewing, and administrative skills
- Team Management: Team leadership, teaching and training, mentoring
