This is a very exciting opportunity to join an engineering company in Daventry, they are one of the countries leading companies within the lift sector. They are one of the leading independent lift companies in the UK with poartnerships with a range of European manufacturers.
They are now looking to expand their team and are actively recruiting for a Trainee Lift Engineer to join them. The role will involve initially shadowing the experienced senior lift engineers and learning and developing your knowledge of the lift sector. The first few years will involve spending considerable time with the senior engineers and absorbing their knowledge.
This is the perfect role for someone with the following skills:
Very practical
Problem solving
Hard working
Keen to learn and develop
Enthusiasm and energy
Driving License or working towards this in next year.You do NOT have to come from a previous engineering role but you DO NEED to have a desire to develop and learn from your colleagues.
This role will involve working across the UK, you will be working Monday to Friday away from home, all hotels and meals will be provided by the company.
The potential for growth within the company is MASSIVE, potentially within 3 years you could be earning £30-40K!
