Established for over 20 years, Acacia Training, a Grade 2 Ofsted private training provider is looking to recruit a
Customer Service Apprentice
Based in our head office in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent and part of our Performance Team, this newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to start or develop a career in customer services by providing general administration and support to the Performance Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate inputting of data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Creation of basic spreadsheets and databases
- Liaising with learners and employers in a professional manner.
- Use of internal IT systems
- Ensuring accuracy of submitted internal paperwork
- Creation and sending letters to learners and employers
- Answering telephone calls in a quick, courteous and professional manner.
- General office duties
Personal Specifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Competence in Microsoft office, in particular Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and professional manner
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Courteous and professional manner
Although not essential previous office administration experience would be advantageous as would experience of working in the training sector.
