Apprenticeship Delivery Manager Manchester, Lancashire £35k - £40k (p.a)
Coyne Recruitment work with the leading providers in worked based learning & Skills across the UK. We are currently working with one such provider, who due to a sustained period of growth, are searching for a delivery manager of apprenticeships. You will work closely with the Operations Director and lead performance, development and recruitment of the team and build a motivational environment for staff and learning. Leading a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of apprenticeships in order to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of employers.
This is a home based role with regular travel
Responsibilities

Ensure the successful delivery of apprenticeships to our levy and non levy employers
*
Meet the recruitment and training needs of employers
*
Lead and support a team of delivery and support staff to drive high levels of performance
*
Responsibility for P&L account results including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity.
*
Development of relationships internal and external to ensure a good range of provision to support customers
*
Delivery of high quality and compliant services to learners
*
Continuous improvement of systems, quality of provision and product development
*
Management of data integrity and data security, including maintenance of the required audit trail
*
Responsibility for team of Coaches and carry out regular performance reviews
Experience and Skills Required
*
Proven experience of leading and motivating a team of Skills Coaches/Tutors
*
Ability to offer direction and leadership
*
MI savvy and able to analyse and interpret data
*
IQA qualification
*
Level 5 Management competency
