Apprenticeship Curriculum Quality Assurance Advisor Manchester, Lancashire £30k - £32k (p.a)
Elevation HR are delighted to be recruiting for an Apprenticeship Curriculum Quality Assurance Advisor. The role will support the Apprenticeship and Governance Manager to maintain the Apprenticeship Employer Provider status. The role will be based in Manchester city centre and will have some travel across the North West.
In this role you will working in partnership with a range of colleagues from across the business to ensure that all training is in line with ESFA/OFSTED and Apprenticeship standards. This role will predominately develop and support the classroom, workshop delivery teams and support the Talent and Training Departments Apprenticeship Coaches in continuing the learning and progression in the workplace.
This is a rewarding and varied role that provides an opportunity for you to:
*Directly support with the development of Apprenticeship Trainers in the classroom to continuously improve what is delivered to the employees, and how it is delivered.
*Develop areas and actively contribute to the improvement of trainers, assessors, coaches, learners alongside highlighting and sharing best practice in curriculum delivery.
*Delivering staff training and work closely with delivery teams to support personal and team development, whilst carry out quality assurance.
*Support the Apprenticeship and Governance Manager and Training Academy Manager with the preparation for external quality audits and inspections.
*Produce management reports, manage queries and take a lead for the development of quality standards and ways of working for this new team.
We are looking to speak with Apprenticeship Curriculum Quality Assurance Advisors with the following skills and experience:
*A teacher qualification: PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent
*Hold an assessor and verifier qualification
*Have experience of Ofsted and ESFA Audit inspections
*Demonstrate experience and knowledge of Apprenticeship and FE delivery
*Be able to persuade and influence others
*Be able to plan and execute activities effectively
*Be self-motivated and demonstrate a positive approach to challenges
*Have a willingness to help and support other members of the team
*Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Learner Management Systems and data applications
