Eclipse Wholesale is a reseller of market leading, innovative, cost-effective telecommunication services. They buy wholesale services from the UK's largest and most respected communication providers, they then aim to add value to these services with their sales, maintenance, and billing which is all run in house.

Due to an upcoming period of growth Eclipse are looking for passionate 1st Line Support Apprentice to join their team. The role will involve providing support to clients and configuring both hardware and software.

Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but not limited to):

• Providing first-line support to existing telecom clients
• Configuring hardware in line with client requirements
• Configuring software
• Make inbound and outbound calls
• Utilise the internal ticketing systems to resolve client issues

Full training and support will be provided throughout your Apprentice-ship by Baltic Apprenticeships and Eclipse Wholesale.
Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to communicate with clients over the phone
• Passion for IT and telecoms
• Microsoft product experience is essential e.g.: excel, word
• Ability to build rapport
• A minimum of Grade 4 in Math's or equivalent is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £15,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
• 20 Days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
• Onsite Parking
• Easily accessible from transport links
