The Miles Group was formed by Troy Miles in July 2009 in the basement of his home in Western Pennsylvania. It was here where the recipe for success began; “One Vision”. When we first started there were only a handful of agents producing about $26,000 a month as an agency! (Now we have individual agents producing more than that!) Just a few years later, we’ve grown to be the highest producing agency in Lincoln Heritage company history! The odds, however, were against us. No previous agency was ever successful in Western Pennsylvania. We didn’t have much organization – no Miles Group...
